Princi - Seattle
Princi
Description
Nestled inside the Starbucks Reserve in Westlake, this bakery-bar hybrid shines with exceptional breads, croissants, pastries, pizza and standout cocktails in a cozy, Italian-bakery setting with indoor and outdoor seating. Alcoholic drinks and food get high marks, while non-alcoholic beverages and service can be inconsistent — expect long waits and crowded, limited seating. It’s a slightly pricier, bustling spot best for pastry and coffee lovers, cocktail seekers, groups of friends, or quick takeout on busy days.

The cocktail was decent, but it took around 30 minutes to arrive. It might have been due to the crowd, but it was still quite frustrating to wait so long while just trying to enjoy a quick drink while standing.
This is a really cool bar! Although I didn't try any drinks, it was quite busy and located inside the Starbucks Reserve. If I visit again, I will definitely sample their unique cocktails. They had a tasting cocktail line that looked very popular.
The food and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We waited over an hour for our coffee, while the bartenders chose to serve those who arrived after us. Most of our drinks were served cold as well. When we inquired about our orders, we were met with indifference. We were quite frustrated given the cost, but we didn't want to cause a scene in front of other patrons.
Interesting place. Used to have more Princis in Seattle. The prices are very steep for the quality. The hazelnut croissant was stale, before I used to buy it was nice flaky and fresh. Also smaller in size. But fun place overall with espresso martinis and cool to hang out with fresh roastery. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
