Runs close to the fine dining scale. Interesting Korean fusion concepts and the portion sizes are small so order a lot!

I believe this is one of the best restaurants I have experienced in Seattle. Every dish was fantastic, but my favorite was the octopus. The menu features a delightful blend of Korean cuisine and other flavors. The servers were also attentive and courteous. The prices were fair for the quality of the food. I will definitely return when I am in Seattle again.

Oh my god, this intimate restaurant is absolutely amazing! I have never had a bad meal here. Every dish is carefully prepared and delicious. I can't stop thinking about the truffle rib eye bulgogi... it's a dream.

Really great flavour combinations with traditional ingredients. We got the amberjack which had a generous amount of fish for 2 people. Very nice and refreshing. The truffle beef bulgogi is a must try. Rice cake and Brussels sprouts was nice too as therice cake was crispy and soft in the middle. Pork belly was creative with the tuna and I liked how the pickled radish wasdisplayed.

We went to Paju for an anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint. The ambiance fit well with thorough and warm service throughout the meal. Paju is known for their Korean-inspired fusion dishes--my favorite was the lamb, but it was also the dishthat I felt didn't have much Korean influence from and could've been served at other restaurants as well. However, the dessertwas honestly one of the best desserts we've had--the texture of the merengue was perfect and the flavor of the yuzu wasperfectly balanced. Considering the somewhat small portions and dishes that I felt could've had drawn more inspiration fromKorean flavors, I am still overall pleased with Paju because of the final dessert and overall service. If you are looking forsomewhere to spend a special occasion, this is a great place to celebrate (but maybe look elsewhere if you want something morecasual or experience extremely unique flavors)!
