I’m not normally a fan of chunks of meat like steak, but the ribeye/filet mignon (can’t remember name sorry! was the best I’ve ever had period. I really hope to meet the chef after the renos are complete. I’ll be excited to go back when the atmosphere matches the experience. This was the best meal I’ve had in Seattle. Extremely underrated.
