Visiting this restaurant is always a delight. Even though they claim not to be a pizza place, I beg to differ! The experience here is always enjoyable. While the location may be a bit hectic, the inside of the restaurant more than makes up for it. There is ample seating and a variety of beverage options available. I would even go as far as to say that the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mod Pizza:
I’m sorry, but this is the worst MOD pizza. I work close to this location, so I have been here a few times, thinking it can’t be bad every time… but it is. The service is terrible. I went last week, and no exaggeration, it took 40 minutes to get my order. My pizza was undercooked and there was so little sauce, I had to rely on my side of pesto. The previous time I went here, the employee got into an argument with ano... View all feedback.
The restaurant has a beautiful and modern interior design that is clean and cozy. You have the option to create your own delicious pizza, which I really enjoyed. The combination of thin crust, sauces, cheese, and vegetables is fantastic. The location of the store is nice, but there is no parking area available, only paid street parking. Lastly, I would like to thank the friendly staff for their excellent service. Keep up the good work!
Went there august 3rd. The place was filthy. Trash everywhere. A guy was shooting up in the bathroom and passed out and almost falling out of his chair. The workers were yelling loud at each other and abnoxious, hanging out and socializing more than working. The place had mold in stone areas.
Very disappointing that they charged us multiple times for delivery that never arrived and we paid to go down to pick up third time (nothing else was open nearby), and it was cold because instead of fresh cooked as promised if we came down, they left it cold.NEVER AGAIN!
Excellent service and great atmosphere in the heart of Pioneer Square. Fry made a fantastic pizza for me and was a pleasure to talk to. I can't remember the cashier's name, he had a cool arm tattoo, but he explained all the different cakes to me and did a great basil drizzle! Definitely coming back here!
The pizza had a sparse crust, but the toppings were fresh. The tables felt sticky and unclean. The restaurant was crowded at 9pm on a weeknight, despite it being a beautiful evening. There was only one table available on the outdoor patio. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this establishment.
