I ordered through DoorDash and requested a sticky bun and brioche burger. Unfortunately, they were out of brioche bread but instead of contacting me to offer a replacement or cancel the item, they made the decision on their own and sent me bagels instead. I dislike bagels as they are heavy and hard. They did not only waste food but also displayed a lack of concern for the customer. View all feedback.
