Kfc - Seattle

I absolutely adore KFC's spicy chicken sandwiches! They are hands down better than any other fast food options out there. You don't believe me? Even Chick-fil-A and Burger King can't compare! McDonald's doesn't even come close. I used to work for KFC 38 years ago and I wish they had these spicy chicken sandwiches back then. KFC really knows how to set the bar high when it comes to making a spicy sandwich. Keep up the amazing work!

Despite the fact that they forgot one of my three-piece chicken meals, I am still giving this restaurant a 5-star rating. Here's why: this particular location is situated near a homeless encampment, so I assume the manager deals with a lot of unwanted or unfortunate visitors. Nevertheless, they continue to serve the surrounding community without any attitude or reluctance. When I went inside to inquire about my missing meal, the manager and all of the employees were eager to assist me without questioning if I had a receipt or becoming defensive. This level of customer service is rare, as I have previously worked in fast food and know that employees can sometimes take their jobs too seriously. In summary, this location has renewed my faith in the fast food service industry.

Its been a long time since Ive ordered KFC and its going to be a long time when I order again. Unsavory fries, extremely salty chicken and nuggets. at least the biscuits were somewhat decent.

Chicken was a little dry. seemed to have been under heat lamp display too long and not in warmer
