Get ready to relax in this lively yet cozy bar located just off the main street of Pike Place Market. Don't miss the concrete fish plate, where you can choose your favorite fish. The octopus and scallops in tomato sauce are also outstanding. The bartenders craft exceptional and creative cocktails if you're unsure what to order. What Fabiola Vargas dislikes about Jarrbar:
This is a more serve your self type of bar. The bartender server only came by the table once. The place wasn't very busy (in fact there was a server and a bartender) but the big distraction must have been their friends that came in constantly and distracted them from working. This place is incredibly charming and cozy. The snacks are delightful, and the olives are the best I've tasted since my trip to Morocco. Food: 5/5
From what I gathered in other reviews, it seems this place is hindered by staff who seem indifferent and prioritize serving their friends and regulars—like the guy next to us who was consistently getting drinks while we were left waiting. Management should really take a closer look at this, because JarrBar has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it only takes one person to spoil the experience completely.
What a fantastic restaurant! They serve small plates of Spanish-inspired dishes, with a focus on fermented flavors. The drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is lively and inviting. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5!
Fantastic little spot! Stopped by on a whim and received excellent and friendly service from the whole team, especially the bartenders Nicholas and Nicole. Cocktails were delicious and fairly priced and the charcuterie board was outstanding! We had the opportunity to taste freshly cut Fermin Iberico ham which was to die for. A hidden gem near Pike's I can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended!

Also beware, a 20% service charge is already added to your bill so make sure not to add an extra tip for no service. 1 star goes to the amazing cava.
