Chef and owner Toshi is a much-needed entrepreneur in Seattle, blending French and Japanese ingredients in exciting ways. The kelp butter is outstanding and deserves to be packaged and sold. While there is only one Washington State wine in the mostly French collection, it pairs perfectly with Toshi's dishes, which are best enjoyed with high-quality wine.

Excellent food and service! Very attentive and super friendly. Every dish was so detailed. The gorgeous view is a nice bonus too. Cant wait to go back!
