Guests enjoyed the Marriott's weekend brunch, despite a few service hiccups. A slow start with empty glasses was saved by attentive hostess Andrea F. While the food took a while, the server was helpful and accommodating. The fresh and locally sourced food, including made-to-order items, made for a delicious meal. Guests enjoyed the fish and chips on the patio overlooking the water. Overall, the experience was elevated by great service and high-quality food, making it worth a return visit.

I found the buffet food to be cold and definitely not worth the $31 price tag. Luckily, I had a free voucher, but I would have preferred to pay for a decent meal. It seemed like the food had been prepared hours earlier and left to sit. The scrambled eggs had turned into a single solid mass, with the top dried out and crusty. The pancakes were also cold and dry, and the potato wedges were similarly chilly. It felt like we arrived at the buffet right after a chaotic rush. This place has the potential to offer good food, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I did notice them replenishing the buffet about 20 minutes after we served ourselves, so perhaps it was just a matter of bad luck or timing. Unfortunately, the waiter never checked on us, which seemed like a missed opportunity to gauge our experience, especially since there was so much uneaten food left behind. I enjoy dining at various Marriotts around the world, but this location definitely needs improvement. I was very disappointed.
I dined at the Hook and Plow for the first time, and it was a delightful experience! The halibut was surprisingly flavorful and truly delicious. John was an excellent host. Breakfast was equally impressive; the Belgian waffle was fantastic! Audrey also provided wonderful service. I'll definitely return here the next time I'm in Seattle!

The service we received from our server really elevated our dining experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our drinks and even made suggestions to improve our meal. They were attentive throughout our visit, even offering useful advice like reserving a table in advance for our large group. Their helpfulness and suggestions truly made a difference in our overall dining experience.
The menu was different from what was listed online and lacked a variety of seafood options. However, the clam chowder was delicious and my ribeye was cooked to perfection. Our server was a bit impolite, but the food and drinks were served promptly. Overall, it was a decent dining experience, but not quite what I expected from a Seattle restaurant.
Went here to specifically try their weekend brunch because we are usually pleased with Marriott's spread. This was not as good as others, but fit the bill for filling us up before heading out for our sight-seeing. Our hostess Andrea F could not have been any nicer OR attentive. In fact, she was more attentive than Leila our waitress. I get it that when parties opt for a buffet that there isn't much more service they need, but to have an empty water glass almost the entire time we were there and to have asked for more two times and it not served, is ridiculous. Andrea F came to the rescue with that plus a to-go coffee cup for my husband. It pained me to leave an 18% tip, but hopefully it was shared with Andrea.

We waited so long to place our order that my daughter got tired and decided to take a nap. When her entrée finally arrived, it was packaged in a box: six ravioli for $34. Yes, a box! I’ve read other reviews noting that there aren’t many dining options close to the cruise ship pier, but trust me, any other place you might have to walk to is a better choice. Honestly, not dining at all would be a better option.
No room service. Limited hours of operation.. small portions, ok quality, ...proximity to hotel room its only plus.
I had breakfast here twice during my stay. The first time I ordered off the menu, and the second time, I enjoyed the buffet. Both would be good choices, in my opinion. Both times, the staff were all friendly, accommodating, and professional. The menu includes a non-pork sausage option and fresh fruit replacements as well.Everyone I encountered during both visits was sincere and easy to converse with as a single diner. The only negative is that their systems and procedures are a bit broken. The first day, I was put on the wait list (about 15 minutes both times) electronically and then was able to go still somewhere not so congested and waut fir a text notification. The second it was a paper list, which made me feel unsure as we all stood or sat in the hallway waiting for our names to be called. but it turned out fineWhen I had finished my meal, I got up to get a piece of fresh fruit from the buffet to take with me and was planning to sit and finish my coffee before departing. However, a matrodee cleared my table. My waitress was not far behind when I returned to my table so I could pay and be on my may.Overall, the restaurant was very enjoyable for breakfast, and I would definitely return if I am ever back in the area.Dietary restrictions: Offered a non-pork sausage option.
They claimed their salmon was fresh. Next day, diarrhea. Rest of the food was decent.
We were going to go to another restaurant, but it was $28 each way by Uber. So decided to eat right in the hotel, so glad we did! My husband had the Seafood Cioppino and I had the Salmon. They were both awesome, the salmon was sautéed in butter and had the perfect crunch and the couscous with veg garnish was very tasty. The shrimp and clams were done perfectly. There was also calamari and scallops. The price was very reasonable and since we didn't have the added transportation cost it made it all the enjoyable. Service was very good as well!

If you're staying near Pike Market, the pancakes and egg sandwiches here are fantastic!
The salmon was excellent, and the staff was very polite. I was able to place a to-go order, and they kindly allowed me to pay from my room before picking up my food. I highly recommend this place, especially if you arrive late and are looking for a good meal.
The food was delicious, the service was decent, and the view was stunning. I ordered the smoked salmon omelet while my husband enjoyed the lox benedict, and both dishes were excellent. I also had a flavorful Bloody Mary. Although the service was a bit slow, we had a wonderfully enjoyable experience overall.

Avoid dining here. We are currently on a 6-day holiday trip in Seattle and staying at the Marriott. We finally opted to eat at the hotel...
This is the restaurant located in the Marriott Hotel. It's... alright. Just perfectly average. We had breakfast here. Don't expect to walk in without a reservation. We had to...

We dined here while we were staying at the Marriott and we really enjoyed it. The view is beautiful and the service was great. We got the smoked salmon Benedict and the kids' pancake. They were very accommodating to substitute meat products, since we don't eat pork, and they gave us fruit instead. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the cook on the potatoes. They were a bit undercooked and stale. Other than that, everything else was great. Wish we could have enjoyed the buffet on Saturday. We'll save that for the next visit.
The salmon was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The restaurant was friendly enough to guide me to my room before I collected my food. I highly recommend this place, especially if you arrive later and are looking for a satisfying meal.
Judy attended a cocktail reception and found the appetizers to be delicious, along with the drinks, which were also quite enjoyable. The venue featured a lovely outdoor seating area.
The food is good, the service is decent, and the view is lovely. I enjoyed the smoked salmon omelet, while my husband opted for the lung benedict, and both dishes were very tasty. I also had a delicious cocktail. Although the service was somewhat slow, the staff was very friendly and pleasant overall.
We got the salmon omelette and french toast. The salmon omelette was delicious except some bites of the omelette were just pure chunks of cream cheese. We wished they mixed it in a bit better. The breakfast potatoes are amazing; crunchy and perfectly seasoned. The French toast was actually not good at all it was just too soggy in the middle like it was not cooked all the way through. This is the only hotel breakfast option which kind of sucks if you are a hotel guest and there's a cruise ship parked at the pier. The line would be about a 30 minute wait. Maybe they could offer take away breakfast where we can just avoid the lines and eat breakfast in our rooms?
