The food and service were both outstanding. I really enjoyed the nostalgic atmosphere combined with a modern touch. I highly recommend this as a breakfast destination.
This restaurant remains one of the best choices in town for classic diner fare, including scrambles, pancakes, French toast, and especially their benedicts. The hash browns are also a standout. While prices have increased a bit compared to before, you can be sure you won’t leave feeling hungry.
I visited this restaurant twice, and while the food is not bad, it lacks flavor. Both times, I left feeling disappointed because I was expecting more vibrant and tasty dishes. The staff and atmosphere are pleasant, but for me, the food just didn't hit the mark.
The signature coffee cake is a must-order!! Taste soo good it’s our favorite. Other foods like beef infused hash, I don’t love it
During our trip back from Vancouver to Seattle, we decided to stop by Glo's new spot in Capitol Hill for brunch. We got there around 11 am and had to wait a whole hour for a table for two. Despite the long wait, we were excited to try out the food. The service started off a bit slow, but the servers were all really friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Glo's original scramble, which was delicious! It had a great flavor and wasn't too greasy. We opted for fresh fruit instead of hash browns, and the portions were huge! We ordered a biscuit on tbhe side which was delicious. The food here is definitely enough to share between two people. We also tried the French toast, which had been hyped up in the reviews, but it didn't quite live up to the expectations. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. We prefer our French toast to be crispy, and the flavors didn't really pop. Overall, we had a decent brunch experience at Glo's. It was worth trying out, but we probably wouldn't go out of our way to come
