Was Patrick Mazzuca at Elm Candle a mag?
I had a fantastic date with my partner making candles together. I was a bit worried that I might end up with a candle that didn't smell good, but thanks to the helpful team, we both came away with candles we absolutely love. We have to wait two weeks to burn them, but it’s been just as enjoyable to smell them every night as they cure! It was a great date and we ended up with a really cool result. View all feedback.
What Calissa Treat dislikes about Elm Candle:
Like the idea of this but went and had less than average customer service and the entire service of creating a room spray took about 15 minutes. I left with a plastic bottle of spray and a bill of $73 bucks. At least the bottle could’ve been glass it was plastic with an Elm sticker on it. I will not be returning. View all feedback.

Really overrated and overpriced. We stayed there for a few min and payed almost 100 USD for 2 regular candles. Nothing really special. Really disappointed :
Was a really fun experience! You get to choose between making candle, diffuser, room spray or wax tart.So you pick the scents you like and mix them according to your liking! They can also recommend you scents according to your preference. You’ll need to wait about 2 and a half hour for wax tart and candles, but you can leave on the spot with room sprays and diffusers. The reason why I took off a star is because: don’t be fooled by the website! Each item is about $50 each!! (It says $35-50 on the internet, but pretty much all items are over 50; if you exclude the car diffuser which is like $15 I know a friend who didn’t enjoy the experience and thinks it’s not worth it, however, imo I think it’s really interesting if you’re visiting or looking for something to do.PS: Parking has been VERY hard to find and there’s road work EVERYWHERE. So keep that in mind and try to leave extra time for parking (we ran late? you get a 15 min grace period. And I think if you ran late they’ll cancel your appointment and take partial charge. At least that’s what it kinda sounds like to us.
10/10 by far! My fiancés candle was accidentally left there and they took amazing care to get it to us. Highly recommend just based on customer care alone!
Made a reservation for my friend's birthday. She was coming down from Anacortes and got stuck in traffic. I told the staff I was waiting for her. They didn't tell me anything, until one employee came over and told me my friend was not going to be able to make a candle even if she walked in at that moment. I asked for an exception and also explained that I was never given a warning about the time limit, but the employee said there would not be any flexibility. I've worked in costumer service for many years. This could have been handled so much better. Very disappointing.
