The menu is filled with so many delicious options, but my favorite is the Vietnamese pancake that comes with a variety of greens and rice papers. The staff is also incredible and makes you feel right at home with their attention to detail. The quails and soups are outstanding, as well as the bun bowls and numerous other tasty dishes to explore. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Knowing that airp... read more The service was fast and the food was delicious at this restaurant. I stumbled upon it on my way to the airport for my flight back to Houston. Knowing that airport options can be limited and expensive, I decided to give it a try. I had a hard time choosing between bún riêu and mì quãng, but ultimately went with the mì because I can make a good riêu at home. I was not disappointed. The flavor was rich and spicy, especially when I added the quail egg and pork ribs. Don't forget to add the thinly sliced cabbage, herbs, and lime juice for extra freshness. There were also fresh Jalapeños slices available, but I opted not to use them. The spice level was just right for me. If you're feeling adventurous, I recommend trying the mì quãng. My only complaint was that the crispy rice paper was a bit stale. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was impressively quick. I don't know when I'll be back in the area, but this hidden gem of a Vietnamese restaurant is one to remember. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture.

Knowing that the choices in the airport are not great and expensive, I decided to give it a try. It was tough choosing between bún riêu and mìquãng, I ultimately went with mì because I can do a darn good riêu at home. It did not disappoint. The flavor was rich andspicy. I love the addition of the quail egg and the spare ribs. Make sure to add all the thinly sliced cabbage and herbs and thethe lime juice. There's also fresh jalapeños slices but I did not use them. The spice level was perfect for me. If you likeph?, venture outside your comfort zone and get the mì quãng. Only complaint was the crispy rice paper, it was stale. Also theservice was crazy quick even though the restaurant was full. Don't know when I'll be back this way again, but definitely puttingthis unassuming little vietnamese restaurant on must stop by list. I forgot to take a pic, was too hungry hehe

Quails great and soups phenomenal as well asbun bowls and many other tasty items to try!!
