The service was fast and the food was delicious at this restaurant. I stumbled upon it on my way to the airport for my flight back to Houston. Knowing that airport options can be limited and expensive, I decided to give it a try. I had a hard time choosing between bún riêu and mì quãng, but ultimately went with the mì because I can make a good riêu at home. I was not disappointed. The flavor was rich and spicy, especially when I added the quail egg and pork ribs. Don't forget to add the thinly sliced cabbage, herbs, and lime juice for extra freshness. There were also fresh Jalapeños slices available, but I opted not to use them. The spice level was just right for me. If you're feeling adventurous, I recommend trying the mì quãng. My only complaint was that the crispy rice paper was a bit stale. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was impressively quick. I don't know when I'll be back in the area, but this hidden gem of a Vietnamese restaurant is one to remember. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture.
