Once it came out it had clearly been done for awhile because it was cold and stale. Hoping our experience was just a one off.

The manager kept in touch before and after to make sure we had a great experience. The service was impeccable; I felt like we were important and didn't feel rushed. I was able to pre-order food and wine so everything was ready when we arrived. The atmosphere was perfect, beautifully decorated, soft chairs, and a cozy fire. We spent about $100 per person, including wine and champagne, which I felt was a steal for what we got! We had Christmas by the fireplace with no hassle! I didn't have to clean the house, decorate for Christmas, cook, do dishes, or clean up afterwards. We couldn't have had a more perfect Christmas. This place was attached to a cute hotel in downtown Seattle if you need a good place to sit with people in a business setting this is a Great place! The have a full bar! The coffee was lil watery but the eggs and potatoes were delicious I as for bacon but got well sausage. The guys for buskers and gravy they enjoyed it! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
