Food was phenomenal, all my photos are of half eaten food. Went there for happy hour and I would say 2 dishes would be a good serving. I had a glass of red which was yummy. Ok let’s be serious I had 2 glasses... but anyways the prosciutto di parma, rigatoni, meatballs, garlic bread and maltagliati was above average! Definitely worth it at the happy hour prices.

Excellent food and wonderful service. I had the pumpkin seed pesto gemelli and it was perfect. There is an automatic 20% gratuity for all parties (regardless of size).

Cuoco is a fantastic restaurant by Tom Douglas, offering delicious food and exceptional service. The location is convenient with easy parking in the garage. The handmade pasta is absolutely delicious and a must-try. The 20% included tip on the bill ensures the service staff are well-compensated. While the prices are higher than Olive Garden, the quality and experience at Cuoco far surpasses it. I highly recommend dining here.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious, especially the handmade pastas. One of them even had fondue inside and was served in a delicious brown butter sauce. The service was fantastic and very attentive. I sat at the bar and tried several dishes, including dessert. I believe this place is not getting the recognition it deserves. I am looking forward to returning soon.

Nice, rustic Italian restaurant in SLU. Good, friendly service. Coconut cream pie is light, and not overly sweet. The mushroom arancini appetizer was okay, but truffle flavor was almost non-existent. Did not try any pasta but supposedly it is the highlight.
