Perfunctory service, four in our party ordered pasta and were disappointed due to it gummy texture. My meat was piled on the plate and was toothsome. Bummer, it used to be terrific. We're not going back.
We had a very good dinner but I felt for the money the food was not really inspired. Ou wait staff was wonderful. Overall a good dinner and time but not exceptional food
Service was slow. Had to wait for drinks and then ask for bread service 15 min after we ordered it Lasagna portion was large but flavor profile was ok
The lasagna is f g amazing! hard to beat REAL italian cooking and yet it's been done! amazing!
Cuoco, a renowned establishment by Tom Douglas, delights diners with its attentive service and comfortable ambiance. Celebrations here are elevated by thoughtful touches, such as personalized greetings from staff. While the pasta dishes are generally well-executed, some offerings may not meet expectations given their price point. Overall, guests appreciate the healthy options and find satisfaction in standout items like burrata appetizers and exquisite agnolotti. Although a few dishes may lack inspiration, the warm hospitality and quality handmade pasta create a memorable dining experience worth exploring. Cuoco stands as a testament to delicious food and exceptional service.

The special agnolotti was excellent and the lasagna is always a delicious choice. Combined with the good service and friendly, competent staff, it makes for a fantastic dining experience.
The staff at this restaurant was amazing! We went for dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday and were pleasantly surprised to find a card signed by the entire team and a gift of fresh pasta waiting for us on the table. We enjoyed delicious happy hour wine and cocktails, and our favorite dishes were the burrata appetizer, gluten-free rigatoni, and chocolate budino. Thank you for a fantastic evening, Cuoco!
I have visited this restaurant many times. The food and service are always perfect.
Excellent service with wonderful novel ice read and generally very good entres and healthy options. Entre choices are limited and a little on the small size but usually with an appetizer (meatballs are the bomb! And or salad you'll leave full and happy.

Food was phenomenal, all my photos are of half eaten food. Went there for happy hour and I would say 2 dishes would be a good serving. I had a glass of red which was yummy. Ok let’s be serious I had 2 glasses... but anyways the prosciutto di parma, rigatoni, meatballs, garlic bread and maltagliati was above average! Definitely worth it at the happy hour prices.
Excellent food and wonderful service. I had the pumpkin seed pesto gemelli and it was perfect. There is an automatic 20% gratuity for all parties (regardless of size).
Cuoco is a fantastic restaurant by Tom Douglas, offering delicious food and exceptional service. The location is convenient with easy parking in the garage. The handmade pasta is absolutely delicious and a must-try. The 20% included tip on the bill ensures the service staff are well-compensated. While the prices are higher than Olive Garden, the quality and experience at Cuoco far surpasses it. I highly recommend dining here.
Capaletti was too one-note. Added the corn to it and it was much better. Tagliatelle was good but I didn’t feel there was enough chew in the pasta.
