Collections Cafe (or The Bar, there’s been a renaming of the cafe that is still confusing) next to the Chihuly Glass Museum and Garden serves good food in a fun, lovely, and quiet atmosphere. Tables and decor feature various rotating collections from Dale Chihuly, the famous glass artist. We enjoyed lunch on a Thursday so, it was not crowded. We had the beef sliders and the french fries with garlic, truffle oil and parmesan cheese. Very delicious. Free street parking is hard to find in that area but you can get garage parking. Bus stops are located near the museum and cafe. NOTE: You cannot enter the cafe from the museum. You must enter through a separate entrance that’s on the other side of the building. Very surprised that no one else has noticed this, but this place has a major RAT infestation. While sitting in this restaurant having a drink, I looked out the window and noticed DOZENS of large rats. Then, I watched their behavior and they were going from the kitchen of this restaurant to the outside. It’s abysmal that a restaurant serving a $50+ ribeye would have this issue! Stay far away. Service: Dine in Price per person: $30–50
