The Cinnabons were delicious, fresh, and warm, even though they were the last ones left on the rack. The team members here were also really nice!
They do not offer any specials for Nurse's Week. I have been receiving a free cinnamon roll every time I visit for the past 5 years.
They sell knowingly stale to go packs. there is not to say how old the 4 package was that we bought. the girl even lied when I called that they cool down and it was not in a cinnabon box, but a restaurant to go box with the open sides. no repentance and try to get them on the phone at this place is impossible. wonder when they are selling old product. thanks for the answer. still apologises for the extremely bad customer service. if they know of these problems, why sell less than standard products? from 4 packs because there were normal boxes of 6 and as hard as those we received were hard to believe that they were baked on the same day. they strangled them, and they were the most dry baked goods I've seen for years. there was no way to enjoy them. we wasted our money.
Like the previous review, I also noticed that the past two times I’ve gone here, the cinnamon rolls have not only been put in really cheap to-go boxes, but the cinnamon rolls are not fresh. Both times I have gone in the last month, the rolls were so hard, that they broke my disposable (plastic) utensils. They also tasted stale. I had to get a refund both times. Other Cinnabon locations have not had this problem. Won’t be going back to this location unless they fix this issue. Sadly not what it used to be. I used to love this location!
