I wasn'... read more I once came here and ordered some coffee and a breakfast item. The food was not fully cooked. I took it back to the counter and explained the situation. I wasn't upset but, what bothered me was that the lady thought I was lying and snatched the food out of my hand. What's worse she didn't get me a new one and put it back in the mini oven after I had bit into it. I filed a complaint and never heard anything back.Never coming back or any other Umbria. DONT COME HERE. THEY WERE RUDE.
