Once thriving as Chaco Canyon, Broadfork Cafe now struggles to find its footing. While the menu features fresh, vegan options, including standout gluten-free items, the overall experience varies significantly. Patrons have reported unclean conditions, poor service, and inconsistent hours, causing frustration for newcomers and regulars alike. Though some dishes, like the grilled kimchi cheese and peanut butter cookie, have earned praise for their taste and creativity, service issues—including rude staff interactions—have left diners disappointed. With potential evident in its offerings, Broadfork Cafe hopes to rectify its missteps and reclaim its former glory.

We went to breakfast and eating was really good, place is quite, not much of an atmosphere not very cozy as they would expect a cafeteria, a little more office cafeteria. but would go defo although if they want to eat a healthy

Was hungry after I finished at space needle and this place showed up a couple min walk away so excitedly I walked to only to get there and see it closed even though the hours on door says they should be open. Why am I having such bad luck with Seattle vegan restaurants sheesh

Just moved to the neighborhood and have tried going to this place several times. It was closed for days despite saying it was open online and there was no sign on the door saying it was closed- just a sign with its hours that claimed it was open. Went today with friends from out of town after calling to ensure it was actually open. We walked by someone right in front of the restaurant who was eating. Inside there was no one working. We called out hello a few times and waited five minutes. Since no one was there we want back outside to ask the person eating how they got their food, and the person said they were on their break for ten more minutes. We had walked right by this employee on the way in and they didn?t bother to say anything such as ?I?m the only employee today and am on my break for ten more minutes? instead they let us go inside and wait around confused. Sadly I won?t be back now. It is not worth the hassle of never knowing if it will be open or if you will even be able to be served.

They must have had a bunch of online orders when I walked in, but I waited about 40 minutes for a really small/overpriced bowl. It looked like about a cup of food total. I got the yam and kale bowl, and it's tasty but a waste of time and money. The Udistrict location is way better it matches the pictures and has the full menu.
