The food was amazing, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was very friendly. My husband is quite particular when it comes to BBQ, and he isn't easily impressed, but even he enjoyed what we had.

We could smell a savor... read more My coworker I decided to walk up find a restaurant to eat lunch. We walked along Ballard Ave NW and decide on which restaurant to eat at. We could smell a savory bbq flavor wafting in the air. By the time we reached Bitterroot BBQ, we had decided. We walked in. The person at the walkup was courteous helped us decide on our lunch. The dining area was clean with a nice ambiance. We chatted until our meals were delivered to our tables. The BBQ sandwiches were a tasty juicy smorgasbord of flavors. We both only ate half of our sandwiches. The other half of my sandwich was even tastier the next day.

I no longer have fai... read more Used to be one of my fave BBQ spots in Seattle (yes, there is a real lack of decent BBQ here) however, tonight my ribs came out nearly raw. I no longer have faith that this restaurant is cooking their food correctly at all, and now believe they are disgracing the name of BBQ.
