Hilton Scranton Conference Center - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Hilton Scranton Conference Center:
The hotel is old. There were issues with the AC from the start and the evening front desk did not let us know when we checked in. Front desk was sarcastic when we asked about. It’s a pet friendly hotel but the nearest grass is a park down the road. Garbage cans were overflowing. Friendly front desk and super easy check in. The pool/ hot tub area was clean and enjoyable. We paid the extra 10.00 online for the breakfast when we paid ahead of time. It was well worth it! Buffet breakfast with omelets cooked to order by Carl, the chef. The biscuits and gravy were wonderful and the orange zest crepes were to die for!
