I would normally give them a 5 star. But on September 15 I called at 4p for one cheese and one pepperoni to be picked up at 7p. I have done this is the part with no issues knowing how busy they are in Fridays. I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up, and it only occured when I complained. The pizza at this restaurant was excellent and the staff was truly exceptional. However, parking was a bit of an issue.
