Pearsons of Duns is thrilled to introduce The Potting Shed, our newly renovated restaurant. The interior has been upgraded with new furniture and lighting to create the perfect dining atmosphere. Our team is passionate about using seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers to create a menu that will delight our customers. Everyone is welcome, and we even have a dog-friendly area outside for your furry friends. We passed before they closed so that they missed on their cake menu but it was airy, clean and not too busy. had tasty husks. beautiful staff. entrance through the garden center.

This charming restaurant/café is located in a small garden center. The food is flavorful and made to order, with a wide variety of options to choose from and a delightful selection of cakes. The service is both friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is pleasant and the décor is tasteful, although some curtains at the windows would help reduce noise levels inside. Despite this, it is definitely worth a visit for a high-quality lunch or a delicious afternoon tea with coffee and cake.
We often visit this coffee shop while out cycling. The coffee and teas are lovely, and the cakes and tray bakes are fantastic. They also offer more substantial meals and light bites. The cafe is part of a garden center and building supplies center, with plenty of bike storage and views from the cafe/restaurant. The newly updated toilets are very nice. The staff are attentive and friendly, and orders are taken at the table.
