A new favorite spot. Owner Jeff Gibbs knows all 165 of his cheeses. He started working the family business at 12 years old collecting eggs from local farms. The sliceable bleu is great for burgers. The local Swiss is great too. Oh and they grind peanuts right there for fresh peanut butter. Next time getting the speacial cheesecake!
