This restaurant is always a pleasant surprise. The bread and meat are consistently fresh, and the staff clearly care about the quality of their sandwiches. An added bonus is the small ice cream shop next door, serving delicious Kawartha Dairies ice cream. Located at the corner of Hwy9 and Hwy27, this is a great pit stop on the way to or from the cottage or a weekend up north. Highly recommended. View all feedback.
What Selmer Kerluke doesn't like about Mr Sub:
The staff at this restaurant struggled to cut the bread properly, a simple task that they couldn't seem to accomplish even after attempting it twice. As a result, my sandwich ended up being poorly made and fell apart easily. I was disappointed with the overall quality of the food and glad that there was a Subway conveniently located across the street. I won't be returning to this restaurant in the future. I've been here a few times. Much better then the other sub shop in town. The meats and veggies seem to always be fresh. The people who work there for the most part are friendly .
If you want a sub it is the place to go in Schomberg. When you are done eating in the restaurant you can go outside and grab yourself some good old Kawarthan ice cream...in the warmer months. There are a few tables outside to enjoy the nice weather.
Easy Parking Lot access in and out, and nothing beats a great Canadian Assorted Sub..If its a Sub sandwich it better be a MR. SUB
Why did I neglect the meatball sub for so long whyyyyyy!!!__Its like a hybrid of a sloppy Joe in ball shaped meat format.
Normally my experience is good at this location, but just last night I had the worst experience I have ever had in the service industry to date.
