I ordered a large hazelnut latte, I was given a medium, when I told the girl I ordered a large she poured the med into a large cup then gave it to me, totally unacceptable.I was not in the mood so I left, when I go back I will make sure someone else helps me. So rude. View all feedback.
I got a hair in my food and half the bun was ripped off. this is a second time. could everyone pls wear a hairnets. i actually work at another tim hortons location and we always make sure to wear our hairnets. pls WEAR

I’ve ordered the same order only two times and the third time I came through, the employee mohan remembered my order; I appreciated the customer service!! Great work.
Ah yes another Tim Hortons. Not that that is a bad thing far from it. Hot coffee and a quick snack always good.
Good old Timmy's you can't ever go wrong with the quintessential Canadian coffee and donut house. Dunkin Donuts pales in comparison... been living in the USA for approximately 20 plus years and I still love coming home to my Tim Hortons.
