I asked if they had dived, because you were only saying that... read more A few minutes ago I stayed on board a long trip from crossroads fish and chips for an early dinner. I asked if they had dived, because you were only saying that they were pulling out. the dame behind the counter said yes. I answered great....I will only wash and come back to place my order. the dame behind the theke became quite sharp and rude, showed her finger on me and referred loudly to me as “your people”, and that “I have to order before using her toilet room”. I am a man, 56 years old, who wants to wash my hands before I sit down to eat. I answered calmly that I intend to order and that I wanted to wash first. again she cried out loudly and said: “Order before using the washroom” and “you come and use washroom and go” and said I was rude. I personally understand a proprietary perspective on the washroom for customers, but their louder rant was quite embarrassing and totally unnamed for. she has condemned me through the actions of another, without causation. I was about to be a first time. but after this experience I will never return and my experience is shared with family, friends and employees. Oh, and by the way. the herr sub above the street was very happy to allow me to wash myself before I give up my order. sub, I'm back!

The food is delicious and big portions. The food is pricey. I would kindly suggest to the owners, clean your restaurant, lots of cobwebs by the tables. The chai... read more The food is delicious and big portions. The food is pricey. I would kindly suggest to the owners, clean your restaurant, lots of cobwebs by the tables. The chairs and tables are very sticky. Too many plants on the ledge hanging over the tables. Looks...like they tired to paint and got an child red paint all over the garbage. The ledge by the table the paint roller isnt neat. The chairs I had to clean up. The floors are dirty. The grour is so black. My pants were stained. The bathroom lock doesn't lock. The health inspector should go in and check it out. Help is needed in this restaurant, you might get better traffic. Clean up.
