I used to visit weekly, but when I walked in, there were no employees in sight. After waiting at the counter, one finally emerged from a side room, and then others followed. The restaurant was dirty, with no clean tables available, so I had to clean one myself to sit and eat. The drink station was a mess, too. While I was eating, I could hear the employees in the back goofing off and being very loud. I won't be returning here anytime soon and will instead go to the McDonald's in Wittenberg.

They took our order but messed up the fries—we asked for crinkle but got curly instead. Then they told us to pull forward and that they would bring our food and drinks out, even though we were the only ones in the drive-thru. After waiting for 10 minutes with no one coming, we pulled back up to the window, and the employee said their headsets weren't working, even though we had already ordered and paid. The half-pound roast beef was the same size as the regular, the chicken sandwich was sloppy, and there were no napkins in our bag.

Always double-check your order before leaving—how do you mess up a Beef 'n Cheddar? The fries are usually overcooked and tough. On top of that, the customer service is lacking. I understand working isn’t easy these days, but basic courtesy should be standard. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. When I asked to speak to a manager, the supervisors appeared even less concerned than the employees.

I wanted to try the new fish sticks but settled for the Prime Rib cheesesteak instead. The bun and peppers were pretty good. The fries were a combination of curly and straight, probably just to fill out the order.
