Good food, nice employees, but I don't think I've stopped when they DIDN'T mess up my order. They never get it right! Always forgetting something, giving the wrong items, ignoring substitutions and alterations to the food. As a vegetarian it upsets megreatly whenever I see they left the meat on my food. They seriously need to work on that.
I belong to the unlimited sip club, and my experience at the Panera Bread on Balltown Rd in Niskayuna, NY was disappointing. The counters around the soda machines were not clean, and the soda tasted flat. They also didn’t have any lemonades or green tea available. Meanwhile, the staff were just chatting among themselves behind the counter. I won't be returning; I'm very disappointed.
Whoever made my sandwich needs the fattest raise
Barely any greens in the salad, but it was tasty.
