Always forgetting something, giving the wr... read more Good food, nice employees, but I don't think I've stopped when they DIDN'T mess up my order. They never get it right! Always forgetting something, giving the wrong items, ignoring substitutions and alterations to the food. As a vegetarian it upsets me greatly whenever I see they left the meat on my food. They seriously need to work on that.

The counters needed to wiped up where the soda machines were.... read more I’m part of the unlimited sip club the Panera bread on balltown rd in niskayuna, NY was horrible. The counters needed to wiped up where the soda machines were. The soda tasted flat they had none of the lemonades or green tea. The staff were just standing around talking behind the counter. Would not go there again very disappointed

I called and asked for a partial refund since I didn't feel like going back out....instead Panera offered to bring the sandwich to my house and was here in no time with apologies and bonus cookies!! Thanks Panera You rock!

The counters around the soda machin... read more I belong to the unlimited sip club, and my experience at the Panera Bread on Balltown Rd in Niskayuna, NY was disappointing. The counters around the soda machines were not clean, and the soda tasted flat. They also didn’t have any lemonades or green tea available. Meanwhile, the staff were just chatting among themselves behind the counter. I won't be returning; I'm very disappointed.

Last night, I received just a small piece of a sandwich that was supposed to come with avocado, but it was nowhere to be found. I can't help but wonder what happened to the rest of it. Oh, never mind—there it is, some slimy, brownish-green thing. I hope whoever ended up with the rest of my sandwich enjoyed the avocado!

Unfortunately, I found the interior to be rather dirty, and the prices felt steep considering the small portion sizes. Next time, I think I'll just make the soup at home and get some bread from a local bakery instead. I won't be coming back.
