Wendy's - Schenectady

The restaurant was quite empty and the workers uninviting, even if no one was there, I was traveled to order when my order burned all three of the patties on my daves three times. I would recommend looking for another place if nonsense is on their understanding.

The employees are nice enough. most of the time. but the dining room is still closed - for some reasons compel the males to use the drive-thru only. this position is no longer customer-friendly. I used to stop using the toilet room (which was always bad type), but once in I would order to eat and sir down on a table instead of eating in my car, which I need to do now because it's only driving now. also, ot never appears that a manager is responsible. they are already teenagers on their own faust. I like to go in and see the staff behind the counter kitchen. I get the impression that inside is a freer for everyone. it is a waste of business areas where a real fast food restaurant could occupy.

On a Sunday loaded on the st, a hired person was there. maybe shift came out from parking in his car threw food/garbag out his vehicle then went back in the business then came out again, throwing out more garbage and finally going. food: 5/5

We visited the opposite for the van Gogh exhibition and wanted to take a quick bite before we went home. the wendy’s were very close and young we are glad we stopped. the general manager took our order and when he found out that it was our son birthday, took great pain to make sure that he felt especially on his special day. I really appreciate this unexpected friendliness and my family very warmly thanks to both him and the company that made the great decision to rent him.
