Feedback
At this popular diner-style restaurant, guests experience a mix of culinary delight and occasional service hiccups. While many appreciate the generous portions and friendly, seasoned staff, some have encountered long waits and inconsistent food quality. Dishes like the sweet cream pancakes receive praise, yet complaints about cold breakfasts and unseasoned grits surface as well. Despite recent price increases, the atmosphere remains welcoming, making it a well-loved spot for breakfast lovers. Overall, it’s a haven for those seeking hearty meals and camaraderie, but potential diners should be prepared for variability in service and food consistency.
Shana was phenomenal!! Excellent customer service, personality, and energy!! Sunny Side up will bring sunshine to your day.
This place was amazing! We’re visiting out of town and luckily found this place and we loved it. The portions are amazing, waitress was amazing and friendly. Will be coming back!
My daddy and his friends eat here daily and they never disappoint .
My husband is a huge breakfast enthusiast, so after reading many positive reviews, we decided to give this restaurant a try for breakfast. It was bustling, and I completely understand why! The service was outstanding, and the food was quite good. My husband ordered pancakes and bacon along with a coffee. He really enjoyed the pancakes, although he wished they had used real butter instead of spread (which, as we know, spreads more easily than cold butter). I opted for scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, and a waffle. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the waffle and pancakes were made with different batters! On a side note, I appreciated that this place truly represents America, with a diverse group of people working hard to serve customers from all walks of life. The owners must be wonderful individuals.
I really prioritize good customer service, especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money, and this restaurant exceeded my expectations! The waitress was incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We visited on a busy Sunday afternoon, but our meals were served quickly and were fresh and hot. The prices are quite reasonable—similar to Waffle House in cost, but the flavors are much better. If I ever find myself in Savannah again, this will definitely be one of my go-to places!
