Lo... read more Hostess sucks (Chelsea I think). Rotten attitude and rude for no reason when asked about their parking process. Skip the place. Horrible for family and kids. Looking at the attitude, the girl at the front desk has issues (she was more than friendly with Spanish speaking folks). Food is great and the servers and chef are doing a great job. Maybe you need to revisit how hospitable you are at the front since that's the face of the place. Service: Dine in

What we saw was not nice, the waiter was a very kind person, he wanted to give the best service, he joined some tables so we could sit. The person who was in charge was already treating two other employees badly. When the waiter joined the tables, he started yelling at him and treating him very badly in front of the customers. We lost the desire to eat, the person in charge approached the table with an arrogant attitude, my son tried to say something to him about his bad attitude and the man responded ok you can go. What a shame this bad attitude, when we came to the Bay Area, we always went to this restaurant. We will not return to this place again.

Unfortunately one... read more Manager staff who treat their employees like slaves/children. We came in for a bday with a reservation and they put us inside on high chairs. Unfortunately one of our party has back issues and it's a problem for her to climb up on the high chairs so we request to move. A kind waiter moves us outside and puts some tables together. But some guy we assume a higher up bc of the way he was talking to other staff got mad and started reprimanding the waiter. We thought oh maybe we aren't supposed to sit here bc it's reserved. But no he made a spectacle of the situation and looked like a jerk. We then ask if everything is alright and he turns to us and gives us the same attitude in the same tone as if we were under him. We lost our appetite and the vibe was gone. We ourselves conversed about it and left. We apologized to the waiter before leaving. We typically spends lots when we go out and would have left a good review afterward to support business. I own a restaurant myself i understand the struggles but dont do that , it makes the restaurant look bad and especially the owner for hiring that person.
