It seems they only cater well to Spanish-speaking customers.

The greeter directed us to a dirty table and then completely ignored us, desp... read more Our first visit to an IHOP was likely our last due to absolutely terrible service. The greeter directed us to a dirty table and then completely ignored us, despite me trying to get her attention as she leaned against the wall nearby. After some time, we managed to catch another server’s attention, who took our order but then forgot to bring our drinks and water. We had to flag down yet another server, who eventually got our drinks delivered by the greeter. Unfortunately, she just tossed them onto the table and walked away again, still leaving us without water. On a positive note, the food was actually quite good. However, when we paid the bill and left no tip, the same server who had neglected us had the audacity to mention that gratuity was not included. There were other issues as well, and I overheard complaints from other customers. Despite the restaurant not being busy, there was clearly a lack of leadership, and the staff seemed to treat the customers as if they were an inconvenience.
