If you're seeking quality, steer clear of the other location. Stick with Central Ave, as they truly value their customers and the chefs consistently deliver excellent food.

Ordered chicken strips on many different occasions (to try all the different flavours) from the central location and it was always extremely amazing, until this... read more Ordered chicken strips on many different occasions (to try all the different flavours) from the central location and it was always extremely amazing, until this last time! The chicken is different now. It's almost inedible due to the rubbery tendon's in every piece. The order sizes have gotten much smaller with virtually no sauce on any of them. Disappointing. Unfortunately we won't be choosing big wings anymore. Boooo. Bring back the good stuff!

The supervisor at the store is extremely unhelpful and kept saying the wings were sent out and delivered, the wings were clearly not delivered or else there wouldn’t be a problem. They kept refusing to refund or to make another pack of wings completely ripping of their customers. The place is trash and they need to work on their customer service.

Multiple times when i order food on skip the dishes they forget pieces of my order and usually they are really good about it and either give me and refund or resend out whatever is missing. That was not the case today i just basically got told tough luck and was hung up on. This place is quiet pricey and was suppose to be a treat for dinner and i’m missing an entire order of $11 wings and the situation was handled so poorly but whoever the manager was that was working. Will never be ordering here again.

Never ordering from big wings again. : I usually order from big wings through skip for my girlfriend and I and it’s been great. However, this time we ordered was absolutely horrible no excuses. We ordered two orders of wings at 2 pm one buffalo the other dry lemon pepper). The first delivery came and it was the wrong order some kind of bbq sauce and a creamy red sauce that was obviously not buffalo). We called big wings and the girl we spoke to said she would deliver the right order of wings ASAP and we were nice about it and we politely said that’s no problem. We get it people makes mistakes. The second order came about the same time as the first around an hour) and it was the wrong order again. At this point it was 4 o’clock and my girlfriend and I were hungry and disappointed. We thought 2 hours or so was enough time to get our order right. We ended up just making our own food for supper. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!
