I typically am not a big fan of fast food chains, but this particular location seems to make an effort to meet franchise expectations. The food was served hot and fresh, as fresh as Taco Time can be. The service was friendly and not robotic. The staff even made me try their Tater tots, which were surprisingly flavorful and not bland as I expected. The tables were all clean, the floor was spotless, and the utensils were well stocked and clean. Even the hot sauce bottles were neatly arranged. The restrooms were also very clean, indicating that the staff takes pride in their franchise and maybe even expected a surprise visit from corporate or health inspectors. Overall, they seem to be doing things right. This is as good as Taco Time can get.

I prefer to go out of my way to get my food from here. The staff is consistently fantastic and friendly.

Today,... read more To my surprise, I received a reply from the owner within a day, who sincerely apologized and explained that there had been a mix-up with my salad order. Today, I gave them another chance, and the taco salad was incredibly fresh and delicious! While I know there are bigger issues in the world than a salad mix-up, I truly appreciate their quick response and excellent customer service. It made me a happy customer, and I highly recommend trying them out!
