When I told the staff that it was wrong, they took it back and asked... read more I ordered my bubble tea with mango popping pearls, but they gave me one with black pearls. When I told the staff that it was wrong, they took it back and asked me if I was okay with the black pearls in the drink. I said no, because I don’t like black pearls. The staff proceeded to pour the already made drink into a new cup with the mango pearls and then gave it to me. But the drink they gave me still had the leftover black pearls in it and the amount of the bubble tea was less than usual. Very poor customer service. I would’ve rather have them make me a new drink with the correct topping.

The staff seemed like they really didn't want to be there, really didn't say much, not even hello. The drinks were far from what I'd say is the best, and not even the best in Saskatoon.
