When I asked for a change they just transferred the tea... read more I ordered a signature black tea with egg pudding as a topping but they added strawberry bubbles instead. When I asked for a change they just transferred the tea to another cup with egg pudding.They argued that the bubbles don't infuse where as I was clearly testing strawberries in my drink. Waste of money and worst service.

After 15 minutes they took another 5 minutes and then handed over undercooked panini including a big bone inside. While the panini mentioned was shredded chicken one.It does not take much to acknowledge the customer about the long wait time before taking the payment and tip. Be transparent with the customer. I would not give one star if the time was only issue, it is about the service as well.

When I told the staff that it was wrong, they took it back and asked me if I was okay with the black pearls in the drink. I said no, because I don’t like black pearls. The staff proceeded to pour the already made drink into a new cup with the mango pearls and then gave it to me. But the drink they gave me still had the leftover black pearls in it and the amount of the bubble tea was less than usual. Very poor customer service. I would’ve rather have them make me a new drink with the correct topping.

The staff were friendly and... read more This bubble tea shop is delightful! The tapioca pearls were fresh and had a great texture. The taro milk tea was excellent as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my drinks were prepared promptly. The shop features several tables with games for customers dining in, along with tasteful decor like lamps and plants. I would definitely return if I'm in Saskatoon again.

U... read more I was taken aback to learn that they charge an extra $0.50 for drinks without ice. The atmosphere was lovely, with plenty of seating and table games to enjoy. Unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent and were not very friendly. I genuinely wanted to like this place, but due to the extra charges and lack of customer service, we won’t be returning. We'll be taking our business to Chatime across the street instead. As for parking, there aren't many spots available.
