FAITH B our server was of course different from our past two (not a bad thing though)as she was efficient please my and attentive and smiley --- yup smiles work in the business as those who are or were servers well know.Anyway ---meal choices etc:* Me --virgin Caesar tall glass not too much ice spicy two limes please (perfect)* * Wife -- Mimoso cocktail (perfect)* Me-- 10 oz. Steak & Frite medium rate please --- cooked to perfection and a nicely presented plate. Tasty tender awesome ---woild order it again.** Wife --- Fish Tacos nicely presented tasty and filling*** Both --- coffee black (the only way REAL coffee connoisseurs enjoy their java.Hot bold satisfying.So once again we enjoyed our meal Only glitch is that our table and one next to it need attention to stop the wobble --- It's not the eleven PATIO ---they're loose where the pipe from the table top goes into the base. Probably can be tightened by turning over and tightening the fastening hardware. Might be a good idea to go over them all.A note on the patio surroundings:Given this restaurant is on one of the busiest streets (8th st.) there wasn't a lot of traffic noise ---some but we were able to easily have a normal conversation in the late --early evening sun.Once again on the price point $$$$ it is not cheap and would like the bill of fate to be approaching eating at a higher end establishment ---- note to owner --- be careful with the menu prices as there is a whack of similar competition out there and this isn't the level The Ivy was back in the day.

Milestones has some good food so if you aren't picky about chains it's definitely worth a visit. Atmosphere: nice clean place, pretty good patio area in the summer. Service: even when short staffed I've always received good service hereFood: the menu changed to focus more on "super food" type stuff so the food is less chain like than most places- before it was in line with Boston pizza etc, now it's a bit more unique. I love the butternut squash ravioli, and the beet salad is very nice. The Monday deal (4 Bellini's and 4 appies for $40) is somewhat ridiculous and a great deal for friends going out together. Overall: Good location, good food, good service. Will return.

My mom even asked me to bring her back here in a week. I highly recommend giving it a try!
