McDonald's - Saskatoon

This restaurant has improved over time, much like a fine wine. I have been a patron for over 8 years and have witnessed its growth and changes. Despite some hiccups like receiving the wrong order or missing items, it is important to remember that this is McDonald's, not a luxury hotel. The food is affordable and filling, with the staff getting the order right most of the time. For $20, you can get a lot of food that will satisfy even the biggest appetites. Overall, it's not a bad place to eat, especially when compared to other options in the downtown area. Check out my review of another restaurant to see a true dining nightmare.

One expects good quality fast food. Most McDonald's locations deliver this consistently. This location does NOT. The drive thru lines were backed up so I went inside to find 5 people waiting for their orders while I made my order. The person at the till did not acknowledge me or say a word so I ordered an egg McMuffin. I began to wait and after 5 min I asked the other people what they ordered. All ordered coffee and were there about 8 min. The only person at the front took orders, then refilled coffee and then fulfilled existing orders at a very slow pace. Two things are obvious, this McDonalds is understaffed and staffed with people who have little to no motivation to move beyond the speed of a sloth. Waiting close to 10 min for an egg McMuffin is unacceptable. I will return to Timmy's as their service is so much better.

They did their job. The food was hot and they didn't screw up my order. Come here quite a lot as it's right around the corner from my in laws

The outlet has recently been renovated again and is very nice inside. The staff is usually good. I especially like the coffee. I can't believe people line up for Tim Hortons when right across the street is good coffee instead.

Really slow service, and usually when u get the food its either loop warm and super cold and really awful atmosphere
