Despite some hic... read more This restaurant has improved over time, much like a fine wine. I have been a patron for over 8 years and have witnessed its growth and changes. Despite some hiccups like receiving the wrong order or missing items, it is important to remember that this is McDonald's, not a luxury hotel. The food is affordable and filling, with the staff getting the order right most of the time. For $20, you can get a lot of food that will satisfy even the biggest appetites. Overall, it's not a bad place to eat, especially when compared to other options in the downtown area. Check out my review of another restaurant to see a true dining nightmare.

Several times in the past 6 months I've had to wait +15 minutes in... read more Attridge location has down hill over the past few yrs. Extremely slow drive thru and walk-in. Several times in the past 6 months I've had to wait +15 minutes in the drive thru plus another 10 minutes for my order which was a simple McChicken meal. Went inside to see why it was taking so long and it was complete chaos, lots of workers but total confusion. I'm suprised corporate Mc Donald's would allow their brand to deteriorate like this.

Unfortunately, they gave me... read more I ordered food through the drive-thru and specifically requested extra crispy fries because I have received cold fries in the past. Unfortunately, they gave me cold fries again, so I had to go back through the drive-thru line to order them again. After waiting for seven minutes, they told me they never received the order. I was instructed to wait in a reserved parking spot, where the woman at the window was extremely rude. This experience was disappointing, as they made me feel like I was overreacting about simply wanting hot fries. It was a messy situation overall and their customer service was lacking.

No apology... read more Stopped for a morning coffee took them 10+ minutes and I finally had to stop someone and ask for my double double. She was not amused and super slow. No apology either. There were at least 7 staff behind the counter. One guy who ordered after me got his coffee and sandwich only to return the coffee since it was COLD!!! The employees don't care at all and it's NOT fast food! Get it together managers/owners!
