on our unpromptu road trip to saskatoon this was our first station and we were impressed! beautiful ambiente, wonderful eating and beautiful host! the best organic, local ingredients served with so much love! the ingenious part is the total experience. it is rare to find balance between fine eating, right ambiente, taste and health, somehow these youngs have nailed it perfectly! must try! Went to Leyda's for lunch one day, we got the empanadas and the Mediterranean platter. I didn't realize the dough for the empanadas or the bread on the Mediterranean plate was GF, which speaks to the fact that it was a reasonable GF replacement.
