La Bamba is a bustling Mexican eatery with a loyal following, known for quick service and flavorful dishes. While some found the prices slightly high and portions smaller, others enjoyed the authentic food and generous portions. Recommendations included the chicken nachos and Enchiladas Verdes. Despite some mixed reviews on the green sauce, the majority praised the food's authentic flavors. The cozy atmosphere and prompt, friendly service added to the overall positive experience. With most diners eager to return, La Bamba remains a top choice for satisfying Mexican cravings in the city.
Had a craving for Mexican food and our meal satisfied it. Large portion and it was delivered fast and fresh. Support local as they need help during the lockdown. We had Flautas and Quesadillas and got the yummy chips and guacamole.
Definitely one of the more authentic of any Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant in town. Service was good, staff were friendly. I ordered the flautas and nachos, both were excellent. I was surprised with the high quality of the complimentary chips and salsa. As with any good Mexican place, they use cilantro liberally but tastefully. I'm hoping to head there again soon!
It is so hard to make traveling food look good! Absolutely delicious and beautifully packaged too. the little chip in the refried beams was delightful.
I don’t dine in here but I always order it on skip and it’s my favorite Mexican food I’m obsessed. the servings are a perfect amount to fill me up (20f) and finish the whole thing without wasting any. The refried beans and rice are both simple but delicious and the meat is always very juicy and flavourful no matter what you order and the chips are great for dipping in the beans Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Quesadillas with Rice and Beans
Family owned authentic Mexican restaurant. A great find as most Mexican in Saskatchewan is americanized. They have complimentary homemade chips and salsa to start you off and you don't have to wait long for the food. I would love to see their menu expand to include tamales or empanadas. Dietary restrictions: They offer many gluten free options for those with celiac disease. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Flautas De Pollo, Chilaquiles Verdes Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
