Just ordered $65 worth of chicken and fries online and picked it up. Got home to find no fries, called them and then went back to store to get them . Now our ch... read more Just ordered $65 worth of chicken and fries online and picked it up. Got home to find no fries, called them and then went back to store to get them . Now our chicken is cold and the children are upset.At the store I was met with questions of what is it I was waiting for, explained again but staff didn’t appear to have a clear idea of what would be expected. Tried to give me a salad but I told them I expected hot fries and even after all this standing around debating, chicken. I even had one female staff come over and ask ‘don’t you have microwave’ stating its not their fault its now cold! (Can you even imagine being asked that! Although it is because it wouldn’t be cold if the order had been correct.Eventually send home with fries and 3 pieces of chicken.Mistakes can happen but the total disrespect from the employees cannot be ignored. The attitudes of the argumentative staff have left me no longer hungry and assured that I will not be ordering from KFC again. In the future, I’ll be spending my money at Popeye’s!
