This restaurant serves the best fried chicken in town. I don't know how they manage to make it so crispy, but it always turns out perfectly golden brown, moist, tender, and flavorful. The sides are good, but I especially love the chicken with their special sauce. It has the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor, and it pairs perfectly with the crispy chicken. Definitely fake Karen food as both the ingredients and the method of cooking are not Karen. Not only because the owners are not Karen, but also they never ever learn what is Karen food and how to cook. Don’t let the building sway your opinion before you try the food. The place is certainly worse for wear, but the dishes are wonderful! The bibimbap is so light and fresh-tasting; the kimchi jeon and jabchae are flavour bombs; the tonkatsu is crispy and super filling. Diane’s Kitchen is absolutely worth the drive for take out!
Lovely family run business but just not what we expected. Not the authentic Korean flavours we were expecting. The service was wonderful but the place was so hot and muggy. Maybe go for a visit not on a hot sunny day and it will be no problem.Food: 3/5
I took my family to this restaurant tonight and we had a great time. We ordered the Original fried chicken with hot sauce on the side, Stone pot bibimbap, and Cheese tteokbokki. The bibimbap, a dish of fried rice with vegetables and beef, was even tastier when mixed with the cheese tteokbokki sauce, despite the owner's suggestion to use the hot sauce instead. Lastly, the kimchi and sweet and sour radish were a must-try and we ended up buying more to take home.

I recently ordered the Ganjang Chicken from Diane's Kitchen and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavor of the Ganjang sauce was spot on. I have tried a lot of chicken dishes in Saskatoon, but this one was definitely the best. I highly recommend giving it a try!Food: 5/5
