The donuts are absolutely delicious, but sadly, the service doesn't live up to their quality. When I mentioned that I wanted to buy just two to sample, the staff member remarked that it would be expensive. I assured them that I was willing to pay for them. If I could rate the service lower than one star, I would, but the donuts are certainly worth a try.

I placed an order for a custom number donut six days in advance, and when I arrived on the scheduled day and time, my donut was missing. They kindly offered me some free donuts instead, which was nice, but it wasn't what I wanted or what I had paid for. I still haven't received a refund for the donut I never received. As a visitor from out of town, I specifically ordered ahead for a surprise party, so I'm extremely disappointed. To make matters worse, there was no manager or owner available to address my concerns, and a young employee was left to handle the situation. I will never order from here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
