Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to check if everything was ready. When I arrived, I had to wait nearly 10 minutes while my drinks were being made, and it seemed the employee was taking her time. I inquired about my food, only to be informed that she had forgotten it and I would need to wait another ten minutes. At this point, I was already 10 minutes late and without lunch, all because I needed to get to a tattoo appointment where eating beforehand was required. I’m really not impressed.

Since opening, there has been some improvement, but it's clear they still lack proper training. Customer service and wait times don't seem to be a priority for them. If you decide to dine here, be prepared to spend an extra 30 minutes waiting just to place your order. The employees didn't seem to care much about the long line and were more focused on chatting among themselves than on serving customers.

Unfortunately, despite being open for a while now, their service has not improved. The staff seems poorly trained and does not prioritize customer service or manage wait times effectively. If you decide to order from this place, be ready to wait at least 30 minutes, as the staff appeared indifferent to the long line and seemed more interested in chatting than attending to customers.
