**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Filipino Delight** This restaurant captivates diners with its authentic Filipino cuisine, especially the Chicken Adobo and crispy lumpia, while some dishes left patrons dissatisfied due to excessive saltiness and high prices. The bakery section impresses with freshly made treats like coconut donuts and creamy cheese buns, earning rave reviews for their delicate flavors. Despite some inconsistencies in service and food quality—such as oily fried rice or overly processed tocino—the overall experience is enhanced by attentive staff and the vibrant atmosphere. While some may find it pricey, the generous portions and unique offerings make it a noteworthy destination for food explorers.

Cute little bakery cafe with yummy Ube cakes and swiss rolls itb young coconut. They were a very decent price. Very nice and sweet people working there and thank you for the Custard pie for my cousin Johnny. The birthday size Ube cake was a hit at the party. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Cesar's Cakes Café:
Paid $25 for noodles with vegetables and chicken but barely found any vegetables and found 3 small (half inch x half inch) pieces of chicken in noodles. This was my first and last visit in your restaurant. I went there to get a cake on a friend’s recommendation and also tried their noodles on server’s recommendation but it was a huge disappointment. The cake was ok but not worth for the price. Everything is extremely... View all feedback.
I tried chicken adobo here for the first time, and I loved its unique vinegar flavor! I also had garlic rice with meat and eggs, which was absolutely delicious. The bungalows here are definitely my favorite part, as the price is unbeatable for what you get!
The service was excellent as always, and the flavors of the Filipino dishes were truly authentic. I will definitely visit again!
The Filipino food here is excellent. I tried the chicken adobo combo along with green apple bubble tea, and both were fantastic. The service was quick, and this place really made a lasting impression on me. I will definitely be returning!
My friends and I ordered individual combos and plates, and anything that came with rice was massive. Previous reviewers were correct in noting that the food is quite salty. I had the pork adobo combo with garlic rice and pancit. I managed to finish all of the rice before even touching the pork, and I ended up drinking two cups of water. While the food was saltier than I typically like, it did add to the authenticity of the dishes. Just be mindful if you’re trying to look good the next day, as it’s not exactly light on the stomach. I also sampled the lumpia, which were crispy and not greasy at all—delicious! The bakery section definitely caters to those who are familiar with Filipino cuisine. The service was good overall, although some of the older servers seemed a bit confused with the register and technology.
