The inviting atmosphere caters to both relaxed coffee dates and casual visits. However, service can be painfully slow, often leaving customers waiting in line for extended periods. Patrons are also encouraged to reheat their food items themselves, which can be frustrating. While friendly baristas enhance the experience, improvements in efficiency and comfort—especially in seating—would elevate the overall visit. In sum, a great destination for coffee lovers, but not without its quirks.

The mocha cheesecake, both EXCELLENT! Took my Mom there, her first time at an actual coffee shop that wasn't from a fast food drive through. Very enjoyable. And the smell of coffee as you instantly walk in the door ?
The Latte at this restaurant is fantastic, but it's frustrating that they don't label the cups. It's unpleasant to have to taste multiple drinks to find your own order.
If the coffees (cafe Broadway and real vanilla bean latte) weren’t delicious, this would be a one-star review.Service was incredibly slow. There was one person in line ahead of us and we were in line for nearly 15 minutes while the barista made two coffees at a snails pace. By the time we ordered, the line of customers was to the door. Zero hustle from any of the baristas.If you order food that should be warmed, YOU HAVE TO WARM IT YOURSELF. They just give it to you cold and in plastic wrap and point you to the microwave. Ridiculous. Heating the food you sell for your customers should be a given.
I've been coming to this place for a very long time. I absolutely love the tea here, and the staff remembers my order, making it for me without needing to ask. Now, that's excellent customer service!
Charissa is fantastic! She always greets everyone with a wonderful smile and a friendly demeanor. Customers keep coming back because of her!
