I?m a regular customer at the 22nd street restaurant and was sorely disappointed by a new policy at this location. I ordered two Beef and Cheddars, Curly fries... read more I?m a regular customer at the 22nd street restaurant and was sorely disappointed by a new policy at this location. I ordered two Beef and Cheddars, Curly fries and a shake for a total of $21.15 When I asked at the window for my usual compliment of Arby?ssauce, the cashier advised me that she was only allowed to provide two packets! Having ordered two sandwiches and a fries, Itold her that wasn?t sufficient and she stuck to the new policy. I kindly asked for a refund, which I received in cash. Thisdecision to sacrifice a customer and lose a $21.15 sale tonight (not to mention the many $21.50 future sales) is dumbfoundingto me. My co-workers jokingly call me the ?Arby?s guy? due to the amount of times I eat at this restaurant. I went straight toTaco Time and ordered food there, received sufficient hot sauce and enjoyed the meal very much. I guess I?ll be called the ?TacoTime guy? from now on.
